San Rafael, CA March 19, 2014 – Since 1980, Professional Sports Camps, partnered with US Sports Camps, has been running the Florida Coast Spring Training Baseball Tournament. Hundreds of collegiate and high school level teams, from the Northeast to the Midwest, head down to St. Lucie every summer to participate. The tournament is held in February, March, and April and is an opportunity unlike any other for teams to prepare for their upcoming season.
The Florida Coast Spring Training Baseball Tournament is a full service operation. Once registered, hotel arrangements, playing and practicing schedules, and meals are taken care of by camp operators and staff. This full service allows the coach to focus on the games and his team. Bob Altieri, head coach at Delaware Valley, College returns each year for this reason. He states, “The Florida Coast Spring Training camp is the best around. As a Head Coach I never have to worry about scheduling practices, games, umpires, hotel accommodations, fields or eating meals. We have been going to the Florida Coast Spring Training camp since 1996 and are extremely happy with how we are personally treated.”
Each team matters to the directors at this tournament. Year after year Florida Coast Spring Training delivers to its coaches a premier competitive training experience for teams getting ready for their season. “We leave no stone unturned in making sure your experience is as productive and memorable as possible,” states Vinny Carlesi, President of Professional Sports. “The fact that over 90% of our teams return year after year is proof alone.”
